Specialist Position Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, managing and optimizing Paid Search (PPC) and PLA campaigns for Google & Bing
Launching new products/campaigns
Executing time-sensitive promotions/content.
Reporting and analyzing results for internal teams. Providing actionable insights and developing strategic tests based on results.
Executing tests and strategic plans, reporting back on outcomes.
Mentoring supporting team (Coordinators, Interns and cross-functional team partners).
Partnering with internal teams (eg. Social, Creative, Merchandising) to ensure consistent marketing and maximizing business opportunities across channels.
ID/apply best practices and monitor changes in the digital space to identify new opportunities.
Minimum 3-5 years experience managing large scale Paid Search accounts in Google AdWords and Bing
End-to-end campaign management (planning, launch, bid management, ad testing, Experience with 3rd party bid management tools)
History of hitting/exceeding monthly KPI goals (eg. revenue, ROAS, spend, etc)
Large-scale=multi-platform, sizable keyword lists, large budget, daily updating, promotional/content management
eCommerce eMarketing management
Managing major budget with aggressive revenue growth targets
Demonstrated understanding of how to drive KPI’s (ROAS, sessions, etc) and optimize to different business goals
Experience collaborating cross-channel
Strong math & analytics skillsProficiency with:
Web Analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics)
Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a dynamic environment
Superior communication skills (to express your passion/enthusiasm and otherwise share knowledge)
Advanced PLA management
Other cross-channel management: PLA/CSE, Display, Remarketing, SEO, Affiliates, email
3rd party bid management tool expertise (eg. Kenshoo, Marin)
Experience with competitive reporting tools (eg. Hitwise, Nielsen, comScore,SEMRush, etc)
